女星小潘潘丈夫江欽良昨（26）日因涉嫌南投縣草屯鎮農會詐貸上億元遭檢警拘捕偵訊，今（27）日上午遭警方移送南投地檢署複訊，歷經三小時後，南投地檢署下午核定江欽良以1千萬元交保。
昨日清晨，南投地檢署指揮台中市、嘉義縣市、台北市警方及保一、保三總隊，兵分16路拘捕江欽良、前農會理事長李菘存、草屯鎮代會主席李明鴻等35人，帶回刑事局中部打擊犯罪中心偵訊。檢警指出，江欽良等人涉嫌3年前利用人頭向草屯鎮農會詐貸上億元，昨晚訊後，今日上午10時依違反《農業金融法》移送南投地檢署複訊。
經過三小時複訊，南投地檢署在下午核定江欽良以1千萬元交保，江欽良友人接獲律師通知後，十分鐘內即提著1千萬保釋金至投檢交保。據悉，江欽良年少時混過黑道，共有30多項前科，15年前出獄後投資夜市經營、參與公益活動積極「漂白」，人脈及事業版圖都相當廣闊，並在多年前迎娶女星小潘潘成為地方聞人。
